This is Anupam. I usually check my "THE BEST OFFER OF THE DAY" USING "*121#" and there was an offer stating that there is full talk time in INR 202.So i recharged with 202.but i got a balance of INR 181.14 on 25.02.2011 and the remaining amount should have been credited in the next 48 hrs. But it didnt get credited. Then i called up the customer care and filed a complaint regarding the same. They gave me reference number 30227237754 and promised that my grievance would be addressed in 24 hrs. But still it has not been addressed. Please help me.
