Respected sir, this complaint is with regard to the balance deduction from my mobile prepaid account balance without giving me prior information. Re1 was once deducted because some frenzochat application was activated on my number, after 2 days again 20 rs got deducted. If we inquire with the customer care rep they say it was activated by the user via gprs whereas I have not used gprs since 3 months, kindly do the needy as early as possible
