I ported my number 9911156697 from idea to airtel in first week of february.

since then i have been facing a lot of problems. i do not receive the balance update after i make a call or text. And if this was not enough now my number has been blocked after i resubmitted my PEF two days back.

I am bugged up with your service and I actually regret of my decision of porting my number to bharti airtel.

I dn expect this filthy service from the country's largest telecom provider.

please look into the matter.
