Vulgar hello tune subscription with consent

Hello,

I got a hello tune subscription without my consent. This hello tune is so vulgar and I have not sent any message or call to subscribe. This is activated on my corporate no. I have switched off my no. due to this and facing alot of troubles. Please help me out.
