Ailance reduce

Sir, My mobile No.9717210281, I am not subscribe any service but always my bailance is reduce. and I connect customercare but no solve my problem, always says you had subscribe service.my bailance is reduce Rs.40.00 in date 09/03 and Rs.20.00 in date 10/03, what is this? pl help me
