Airtel
Slang language by customer care executive

I very politely was tryin to explain my problem to a customer care executive of airtel..about a recurring problem of GPRS getting deactivated every time i flew abroad and came back to india.. It was somewhere around 1.30 in the morning on 23.06.2007.. The gentleman name was anil shinde.. He Appeared to have inadequate information.of my N73 nokia phone Setting... and he very rudely replied call tomorrow.. As he was rude i said i want it right now. He in a very slang language replied right now what right now.when i asked him his name he said u tell me ur name. I could hear him laughing and he disconnected the call .mean if there is no basic sensitivity for customer what kind of training is provide to there gentleman. I was really upset. I found out his name when i called back again and mr.rahul saxena gave me his name..and promised me the team will get back to me in 24 hrs which never happened...
