Case--
i purchased a nokia c3 handset, with it, i got a scheme of free browsing for next 6months, bt after 2 months... they start charging money to me, when i complaint about the same, they said its mine fault that, i have not looked into respective account dat my balance is deducting, and then closed my complaint.

.after dat i called again and again, but my calls were nevr picked by them.
ion 17march dey piked my call, bt disconnected in b/w of conversation 2 times and 2times disconnected sayng dat dey are transferring call to thei senior officer.
i am suffering from last 3 months, you are requested to resolve it nw
