Faced a lot of problem

I am using airtel prepaid number is 9329967194, I have change thought MNP in airtel, I think it is best good for me but when change upto date to still I have faced a lot of problem with their service, it is not countable problem, one issue close and then make new issue than it is solve same time new problem stand face of me, I don’t understand wht is this .why are u doing this.

Some time I have think why I was change my operator, it really gives a bad impressions about the business of the company.

My new compliance dt. Is 18/03 time 4.30 pm I have closing bal is 18 rs some paisa And 6.25 I was chk my account bal than it is show only 7 rs some paisa .kindly explain where is deduct, and after I have lot of time try to connect with your customer care executive but I am connect that I called with your customer care executives (Name is Kavita Yadav) at the morning dt. 19/03 but kavita not understand my problem she told me I transfer your call our sr.executive than she disconnect my call, I think your customer care service very poor pls u will be change it.

And my second compliance is I have recd lot of msg regarding my documents like your document not submit or not correct, your addr. Not confirm etc. kindly submit your document otherwise close your service, than I have already submit two time and now I have recd. Copy also airtel office . if your any qurres regarding my document pls call me and confirm you have to write mail also my mail id is [email protected], but my mobile service not close if you are do this I will go with legal.

Last I would request to you will not get chance me for compliance of Airtel.
