Deduction of balance/improper handling of complain

I recharged my cell with 295 rs on 19th of march but somehow it got deducted, on asking how did it happen i was said that it was deducted because of net surfing which i didnt do. Anyways i asked them to look into matter which they said would be resolved by 21st march. Meanwhile i asked them to deactivate any VAS/GPRS/everything basically.

I recharged my cell again 1 hr back(.i.e. 21st march 8.00 pm), the balance has again been deducted, i have trying to reach their customer care but have not been able to do so.

This is shocking because for the last two years i have fed these airtel guys with at least 1000 rs a month..i am so disgusted right now... that i searched this website and logged on to make this complain... and these guys talk about crm.
