AA) This is for your kind information that I have been using Lifetime prepaid
mobile no
9934235836 for the last five years without any problem.
Also I have been recharing my mobile with minimum of Rs 200/- in any six
month period
without fail.
Have observed that for the last two months my mobile no is not working.
When somebody calls my mobile no, a voice prompt says that "This No is not a
valid no.
Please check the no you have dialled."
Kindly advise the reason for blocking my prepaid mobile no.

I had submitted my valid passport copy as name and address proof.
CC) My last recharge was of 333 rupees on 25 Sept.
I have made my last voice call on 28 Sept and 26 Sept.
