Dear Sirs,
With a heavy heart I would like to inform the senior management of a reputed service provider like Airtel that the company is going from bad to worse with its pathetic service and overcharging to lay customer like us.
Your so called VAS services are nothing but a bunch of shit which keeps on getting activated automatically and we have to give our valuable time to deactivate the same. Your phone execs are people who can do all other things in the world apart from customer service. They dont even mind banging the phone on customers face without any fear of being sacked from the organisation but this only leads to dissatisfied customers and loss to the company as its a very very competitive market and people can change services keeping the same number.
Please do not suck blood of poor people in this manner by debiting money towards unwanted and unregistered services like VAS, and if the need be shud be done only with customer consent.
Need to see some positive changes post this mail.
