I am a Airtel customer.

I received SMS, Thanks for using WCVideo Pack subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 3. (on 30 March 11, 29 March11, 26 March11 and 25 March11)

You have been renewed for Tadkalive subscription from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 20 (on 23 March 11)

I have never used or subscribed to any of their services, still I am getting this messages.

It is high time Airtel corrects its software and stop charging the customers unnecessarily.
