I have activated internet pack (GPRS) on my handset and use it quite frequently, but many a times the service provider Airtel has deactivated my GPRS before the expiry of my GPRS validity. I have to call customer care where they say that no internet is activated on my phone. With much difficulty when i explain them everything they send me the settings again. This happens very frequently. Along with this currently my phone shows being connected to the internet but i am not able to access any website through my phone. It always says that server is not responding. Also they have blocked the customer care number from my phone. Previously also they have done it very frequently. I have proper internet activated on my phone and it is still valid.

i have registered this complaint so that airtel may discontinue with this malicious practice with their subscribers.
