Airtel have de-activated my prepaid number 9871053641 without any warning, and cheated me of the remaining balance. I have had this number for many years, initially as a Jodi, and when Airtel changed rules as individual numbers. I called 198, and they asked me to go to one of their showrooms/service centres. I went to Masoodpur near Vasant Kunj, and they claimed that their systems are not working, and therefore are unable to help! Why are Airtel treating their customers like this? Who should I turn to for help?
