Loosing Money

Dear Sir,

My name is SRINI from chennai. I am holding AIREL prepaid connection (9940249837). I am having below problems with Airtel.

1. I could not able to make call more than 2 minutes though i have sufficient balance in my a/c. Call was automatically disconnecting after 2minutes but charging 3 minutes. This problem quiet often occurs me and disturbed me a lot.

2. From today morning onwards, there will be continous .30 paise is keep deducting from my a/c. I dont have any clue why AIRTEL is doing such a non-sense things without even informing the eason of deduction. I tried to call chennai customer care (9840198401). This is more worst than customer care which I had encountered so far.By the time I reached option to talk (customer care executive) the call was automatically disconnecting.. Airtel setup their IVR settings such a way that to avoid the customer's problem.. I called many times but that is what loyality I woud be getting.. People please think once agin, if you want to go for AIRTEL. am the big victim of them..

3. My STD calls are veraying all the time even for same no. Sometime they charge .30 paise per minute and other times they charge 1.3 paise per minute. Sometimes they charge even both also.

Please advise me for which shall be very thankful to you. I just would like to know why AIRTEL steeling the customer's money radher than being honest and loyal to their customers'. Am sure that there will be many customers like me who lost their money from AIRTEL cheap tricks. Please advice me, how can I go and get justice leggally.
