Dear Sir

It’s my painful request to solve out my problem. Sir as I am using Airtel network since many years because of good service and coverage but during a month back when customer had a chance to choose their network of their wish, (Porting). As I had two Airtel connection I preferred to port one of my Airtel to Docomo network. As I done the porting, after a couple of days I got a call from your customer service executive saying that we will give you a better offer if you continue to stay with Airtel. During this conversation even I asked her weather there is any rental or service charges for this offer, where she clearly mentioned that it’s free of cost and nothing will be deducted. But Recently they have started to charge Rs. 1 per day as a service charge which they have not mentioned during the time of our conversation.

With a great hope I am dropping this letter to you thinking that there will be a positive action against this.
