I am having AIRTEL connection for more than 5 years and also i am prepaid user only.

Last November i put 195 booster and saying that it was 3 months validity. But the validity was expired on January itself. Again Feb i put another 195 booster for 3 months validity but it also expires on April 10. I called the customer care (123 and 189) numbers. Yesterday morning i received a message from AIRTEL saying that your 195 booster expires today. I called and they replied me that, sorry sir it was a wrong message but your validity is availble for upto next month. But today morning the call cost is changed and now they are deducting 1Rs/min..

Lots of time i called but AITEL people are not responding.. Simply it is a cheating service from AIRTEL.. Also i am getting unwanted msg from AIRTEL. So i need to get some solution and what is way to proceed furthur...
