I had purchased one airtel sim no.7388028046 after submission of proper documents and it was working upto one week only.after that i could not make the call, even 123 was also not available. on approaching to vendor i have been informed that my documents has been rejected by the concerned authoriy. i am surprised to note that no one has informed me about these developments. i request to concern to look into the matter and activate my sim at the earliest.
In this regard my submission is that if you feel that my documents are fake then matter should be investigated properly before taking such a harsh decision.
