I am using Airtel Prepaid service from almost 1year, at the initial stage of my connection I am very much satisfied with service at that time. Later on Head Ace got started with the service, receiving lots of Promotional Calls and SMS, I raised DND Service in the mid of November. Till now my problem is not solved and the latest Issue is unnecessarily 202rs/- got detected from my account saying that I have seen Youtube Videos Online, I am using Nokia 5130C from almost 1year and this model is not comparable for Video browsing i raised a complaint for that and there is no response for that till now.
And the customer executives to whom i spoken are also very rude to me, and even they hung up my call continuously 3times. The Executives even changed their words saying different things as per their wish. At finally they created head ace for me.
