Hi Team,
I am following up with Airtel landline department for refund of my Rs.3, 000/- deposit towards surrender of landline and its instrument to its Gurgaon Sec 14 office towards Landline number 0124-4012857 in 2007.
I have followed up with the customer care email ID several times since 2007. I have just been informed that the cheque is dispatched but no detials of cheque as to what amount on what address nothing is provided. I have still not received my refund from Airtel. Also, attach is the instrument return receipt received from Airtel
