Since airtel network was poor at my office in vashi, i switched to hutch. & i gave a request for cancellation of my number. I was told that i should be receiving a cheque on my billing address (my home) within next 15 working days. It has been more than 2 months and i am yet to receive my deposit money. when i visited the gallery in borivali west, the lady executive rudely told me that i should have come down to gallery to check the status during last 2 months. So that means for my request i should go, wait for at least an hour in the queue to meet them & then they will take a next step. This should be repeated until my request gets serviced. Nonsense!!!
I dont know what problem that lady had in her life!!!
