SMS NOT GOING

Hello,

From my pre-paid airtel number 9196115-96178, I have not been able to send SMS. I am able to send SMS but not able to send replies at all. I have raised this issue several times with Airtel Customer Care, but the problem remains unresolved. Please look into the matter.
