Sir,

I have telephone broadband connection of Airtel (02240157379). It was agreed between me and Airtel executive that I will be migrated to Retaintion-499 plan with effect from March. Which did not happen.

In the month of May I had a long discussion with Airtel executives over email and telephone. They apologised for their mistake and promised to migrate me into Retaintion-499 plan with immediate effect.

The bill for the month of May also shows my older plan.

Can the Indian Customer complaints forum help me?
