No respite in spite of multiple followup with customer service. I am not going to pay my bill till I get this resolved. All details have been captured by customer service in their records. I am still waiting for a resolution on this issue! Have spoken 5-6 times with your customer service and twice with billing department people. Every time they say that the issue I am facing is genuine and Airtel should be doing to resolve this. But no one has bothered calling me so far. I am going to wait for another 6-7 days. In case I do not get any respite, then I am going to consumer court.
If at all you want to save some effort and money for Airtel then get this issue resolved soon!

Hi,
It has been more than a month when I had raised concern regarding over billing on my mobile phone internet usage. I have not heard anything from airtel so far. I am now moving to Consumer Court to file a case agaisnt Airtel and will try to get compensation through them.
I'll not pay any money to airtel till the time my issue is resolved and unwanted charges are reverted from the bill OR till court forces Airtel to reverse those charges.
