Sir/Mam this is to bring to your kind notice that I Sarang Goel has faced a cheating act which is against the interest of consumers.
Sir/Mam I am a customer of airtel. I got a recharge of Rs.444 on 23/may/11.Sir/Mam without any reason company charged excessive money from my account and right now my balance is in negative i.e Rs. -4.67.Sir/Mam i have hardly made any call since the time of recharge. I also complained to the customer care executive but they hardly paid any attention or took any positive action. Sir/Mam i request for your personal concern and beg you to take a viable action against this.
