Deactivation of Sim 9816500026

My mobile no is (9816500026).

I was a postpaid subscriber of Airtel mobile services. I am using this sim since three years. In last two month I have convert this postpaid number to prepaid number & use this prepaid number last two month with working condition. Now on dated 20/05 Service provider has stopped the outgoing calls says reason ''You have not submitted ur Id proof. I hv call many times prepaid customer care to says I have submitted my ID proof like Ration card, Pan Card & Passport Zerox three times in the airtel office in Digvijay Trading Co. Nahan (H.P) but customer care says ur number does not shown in our system. Now both the incoming and out going calls was stopped on dated 29/05.I again resubmitted my ID proof like PAN Card, Ratio Card & Passport Copy Zerox to Ms Digvijay Trading Co, Nahan on dated 30/05.They confirmed that within 48 Hours the services will start.

I had made attempts to contact Airtel Nodal office they are not giving satisfactory reply & said ur number is not available in our system & may be alloted to some one else.

Till now my number is inactive what should I do. Please help me.

Plz check this problem & solve this issue as soon as possible.
