Wrong balance deduction

Sir my no is 9960536784.i have complained this before also that my balance is deducted for a service which i personally have NOT ACTIVATED.

HEIGHT is that on 03/06 my balance 10rs were deducted for downloading a java game at 6.46 am. SIR iwant to tell you that i was sleeping that time and my handset was switched off.i switch on my handset near about 7.30 am and i got a message from AD54321 that my balance was deducted.

the customer care says that u are using AIRTEL LIVE setting but sir i have DELETED airtellive settings many days before.and i have switched OFF SERVICE MESSAGE ..and i have NOTdownloaded a single game from airtel live or any other site

please stop these bad service
