Hi,
I purchased the internet connection / Land line from Airtel in year 2010. My Land line number was 01145824476.
In January I request the cancellation of DSL cum Land line services. I have registered this request multiple times to Airtel. Every time i got the assurance from company that this line will get disconnected within 7 days. When nothing happened i disconnected the Telephone instrument & DSL modem my self in January & never used it again.
Till now i am getting bills from Airtel. On my written complaint via E-mail to Airtel, Company waved off my bills last month but again they send me new bill for this month & i am getting calls every second day from Airtel to pay my bills.
I dont understand why should i pay any bills when i am not using any services of the compant since January & where i requested them many time for cancellation of DSL line.
