I have an Airtel mobile connection, standing in my company name. I have not been receiving a detailed bill to my email address [email protected]

I have spoken with their executives on innumerable occasions to send me an email as they have dropped the paper bill facilities. For the past three months I have not received any bills. I am just making the payments based on an sms sent to me. I have been receiving auto generated sms from Airtel insisting that my email address is [email protected]. I called them and sent them my correct email address on 121, as instructed. However, till date there has been no bill sent to my address.

How does this company expect us to make payments without a bill?? Is'nt that illegal and bad in law? I need to see the details of the bill to ensure that I have not been overcharged.
