Sir

I am a customer of Airtel and my number is 9001805567.I had recharged my balance with Rs.100.The account was not credited. When asked from the shopkeeper he asked to report it to the company. Since I was travelling I couldn't. I reached Indore and again recharged for another Rs.100 on 4th June. Still the balance was not credited. I request you to look into the matter and credit my account with the sum as soon as possible.
