MY MOBILE NUMBER IS 9940265476.
I have recharged 98 RUPEES GPRS on 21ST MAY and Iam using it only for email. On 3rd OF JUNE, I have received a SMS stating that my GPRS will be expired in another two days.
ON 6TH June my GPRS got deactivated and Iam not able to use it.
I have called 198 twice . compliant no: CBNRA20607509532 AND 30607798652.
FOR EVERY COMPLAINT CALL THEY HAVE DEDUCTED MY MONEY.it os their fault and to bring to their notice we have to pay.
TO DAY 7 TH MARCH I WENT TO LOCAL AIRTEL OFFICE . but they refused to take the complaint and asked me to call their nodal officer number 9952434865.
I called him at 12:02 pm and explained the whole thing to him. He said he will lodge the complaint and solve it. and spoke to him for 10 minutes 14 seconds and they deducted INR FROM MY ACCOUNT.
BY 2:47 PM SOMEBODY FROM AIRTEL called me and told me that my problem is solved.
THEY HAVE DEDUCTED INR6 FOR THIS INCOMING CALL ALSO.
NOTE: THE PROBLEM IS NOT YET SOLVED.
THEY SAID I WAS NOT ABLE to call 198 and now I can make 198.
that was the problem solved by airtel
any how i have still 80INR balance in airtel and after that Iam going to throw the sim
