I have a prepaid mobile number 9004486899 of Airtel. Five months ago the company activated "Cricket" & "Shaayri" pack without authorization. When I complained to the company they informed that they have only 3 months' record. Still, they offered to refund Re.1 only. When I protested they offered to refund Rs.10 only. When they should have refunded at least 3 months charges.
