Hi

I'm Vinodh and my mobile number is 9791636631. I usually put airtel booster 225. My booster got expired last night and so i recharged it today. before recharging, i called customer care around 11:40 and asked the tariff of 225 as i doubt there might be some change. But the executive who spoke with me said that 10p/s to airtel and 50p/s to other mobiles and 90p/s to landline and 18000 sms loc/nat sms free. Having this is in mind and i went to dealer and asked him about tariff of same 225. He too said the said and he too called customer care before me to confirm. After confirming it i recharged my number with 225rs booster. Now that, call rates are ok but they are costing 10p per message for local and national. It was said 18000 sms are free and i don't know whats wrong. When i spoke to customer executive by 3:00 pm she said no sms are free and will be charged. What service is this. I confirmed the offer twice and then only i recharged it. Is there no solution to this. Now they are costing me for messages. Also one more biggest issu is i can't make calls to customer care. Very poor service from airtel. Already i complained this once and they rectified it and once again. A customer can't even speak to customer care means, see the poor service provided by airtel. Very poor that when some plan has been changed can't even convey that to customer or even dealer. Now that only my rs225 is being wasted and nothing for you people who don't care for service. Very poor. Very much regretted with the service of airtel. Please kindly resolve this issue.
