Invalid Bill

Earlier my bill used to come arround Rs.300. But Last month I have activated the GPRS plan of 98 Rs for 2 GB usage free which I have used hardly for the three days. I have used approximately 200 MB (which is free as per my plan activated). But still I got the bill of 1600 Rs. Which is totally unacceptable. Company is giving total false bill. I would be very grateful if you could resolve this issue.
