Hi,

My name is Rema and I have been recharging my Airtel mobile number 9633076713 regularly for INR. 1000 for long time.

On May 27 I had recharged for INR 1000 and I had made few ISD calls and the remaining balance was around INR 900 and again on the 29th of May the remaiing balance got completely cancelled. When contacted the cust care seeking assistance I was informed that the offer has been closed, but I was not intimated of anything relating to the offer or the validity, not even through an SMS.

Again on the 30th I recharged my phone for INR 1000 and the whole amount had gone to the A2A offer which is of no use to me. This time when tyring to contact the Customer Care there is no response and I am unable to get through. This is verymuch annoying and the issues that I am facing with Airtel services is increasing day by day. There is no proper information, no proper customer assistance, and basically no proper service. Getting fed up day by day.

Can anybody please assist!
