Egarding the connectivity

Hi

my mobile no is 9818880074. from the last 4 or 5 days i am not able to connect with the customer care executive. i am facing some problems regarding my this number. i am not able to charge my mobile through the online banking and i need to talk to cutomer care executive but could not connect. actually i tried to connect the call 4 days before at that time the call get connect two times but every time it get disconnect during the automatically. and then i tried so many times even after 4 or 5 days before but not able to connect. its creating me so panic. whats going on this???
