I am a prepaid airtel user number 9845138122. I have been charged for some AirtelTV subscription service for 150rs which I have never initiated. I got a message that I have been charged on Jun 12. I called up customer care and he said technical support are busy call later I asked him to give me a complaint number which he did not do. I called up again and this time again he said tech support is busy on insisting much I got a complaint number CMTWC30612339252. They said action would be taken by Jun 14 1pm. But I did not get any further calls or notifications neither was my balance restored back. Hence I am complaining on this forum. Airtel is cheating their customers and using non ethical responses on customer care. If they dont take action against my complaint I will have to move to a different provider.
