MNP - Mobile number portability

Hi,

I want to shift from Docomo to Airtel. My number is 8123547843. I have submitted my documents at Airtel – white field office which is just opposite to Bimal show room on 4-jun-11. Till now, I haven't got any update. When I call the Airtel customer care they told me that my number is not in their port-in database. So i went personally to that Airtel office and enquired them about the status. They told me that they will call me in an hour. However I haven’t received any cal from them til now.
