Hello sir, Working as an area manager for an insurance company and will be roaming for atleast 6 days in a month. I took a connection from AIRTEL and i am using this for the past 3 months. I never had a bill fo 3000/-This is even after i opted all the package for unlimited sms, airtel to airtel free. Still my bill crossed 3000/-. First bill was 4300/- when complaint reduce to 3300/-If they had a seconds billing system they would have informed me but they didn't. Today when i talk to my friend in Erode who is a distributor he gave me this option. Sir, i am an educated person i can go to the customer care think about the poor public who doesn'tknow thinks.
2) There is an automatic disconnect happens while we are talking to the customer this is mainly when we start talking or after some time. As you know since the billing is 3 minutes even got disconnected in first second itself we will be charged.
3) 1 sms going as 10 sms to the other person. This is another mode. This happens both in post paid and prepaid. Who has got time to look into it due to there busy schedule.
These type of charges is a heavy load to the customer
these money is used to show the growth, buy new companies and to bribe and get 2G AND 3G.
