Non receipt of hard copy of my monthly mobile bill

Since last 3 months I have not received hard copy of monthly bill for my mobile no. 9967888110. Last month I have made complaint regarding this through Internet Mail on web site of Airtel bu till today I have not received hard copy of my bill dated 06.06.

Please look into the matter.
