Hi,

I am Amol Zambare from Pune.

I was using airtel postpaid 9766629788 which I closed in March.

At the time of closing, I have paid the complete bill amount & there is no outstanding.

But I am getting recovery mails from airtel every month about the payment 0f RS 336

I have confirmed from relationship center that there is no outstanding amount with my closed postpaid number 976629788, else airtel has to pay me some amount.

I am not able to call to postpaid customer care as I don't have postpaid sim at the moment.

If I try to call from my prepaid number, it gets connected to prepaid only.

Prepaid customer care is not able to give any information for postpaid number.

Plz resolve the matter immediately by calling me on 9975039855.

If you check, I am still customer of airtel with prepaid service.

But with this kind of service, I am not satisfied & if in future it remains the same I'll switch to another one.
