I recharged airtel number with netbanking balance got deducted but mobile didnt got recharged on asking i got trasaction details fromm HDFC and i given it to AIRTEL for refund of money they told that its airtel mistake and it will be refunded in some time now its more than 4 months still i didnt received the amount on asking i didnt got any reply other than an autogenerated reply. I rechrged my mobile on 21st april, till now i didnt received the amount. I send mail to customer care and even nodal officer is also aware of it but still nothing is happening.
