I AM HAVING HELL LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND ALSO WITH AIRTEL PROVIDERS AS SUCH... THEY ARE A PAIN IN THE NECK... I DID NOT OPT FOR ANY HELLO TUNE SERVICE, BUT I HAD TWO TIMES DEDUCTED WITH THE AMOUNT. AND ALSO THE SMS FECILITY IS BAD... EVEN FOR A LOCAL SMS.. THEY CHARGE RUPEES TWO.. THIS HAS HAPPNED NUMBER OF TIMES... WHEN I TRY TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE GUYS... THEY LISTEN TO EVERYTHING AND LATER DISCONNECT THE CALL.. AND WHEN I EXCEED THREE TIMES TO REACH AND TALK TO THEM... ALL I GET TO KNOW IS ".. TO KNOW UR BALANCE, PRESS *123*8#".. WHAT A RIDICULOUT SERVICE IT IS. I WANT MY MONEY TO BE CREDITED IN MY ACCOUINT AND ALSO KNOW WHY U PEOPLE DO SUCH THINGS... ALSO TELL ME ABOUT THE SMS THING... IF I AM NOT GETTING MY ANSWER, I HAVE TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST YOU GUYS, I HAVE TO COMPLAINT TO THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT CELL... I AM VERY SERIOUS ON THIS MATTER. TALK TO ME AND RESOLVE THIS MATTER ASAP.
