I have an Airtel no. 9805130196. There is unnecessary deduction of balance for the services which I don't subscribed. This deduction is for second time. For first deduction, I complained to company and they refund my balance as it was there fault. Now it is for 2nd time for the same service. And it is then, when my mobile was in swich off condition. So I am complaining here and want some penality on the company.
