On 23-07 at 07:33:11pm, i got a msg from AD-54321 that bollywoodspice got subscripted on my number and i had charged Rs. 5 for the same. Immediately I called on 198, they said its their fault and they refund the same to my account within 4hrs.
But i didnt received my refund.
I called again on 198, they apolosied for their mistake and asured me that i will surely get my balance in next 4hrs.
But i didnt received.
And now when i am calling on 198 no one is responding.
