Hi Team,

This is Kotaiah Talary. I am using an Airtel pre-paid connection [8600518108] from past few months. From past one month Airtel is deducting 1 rupee per day on daily basis. Regarding I have called the customer care of Airtel and informed them about this. As per my request they have disconnected the offer and sent a confirmation message to me saying that now onwards money won't be debited from your account.

This evening again they have deducted the money around 5 pm. I have callled to customer care after money got debited. The people are not responding properly and keep on keeping the call on hold and unable to process my request. The person name who received my call is Sandeepa and another guy [didn't remember the name]. They are disconnecting the calls instead of addressing my concern. Due to this as well i lost my money.

Due to this I am lossing my money with out any issue from my end. Please help me in resolving this issue and getting my money if possible [as issue from Airtel customer care].
