This is Mr. Ravi Gattani writing on behalf of Mr. Raj Kr. Gattani airtel customer
with a pre paid number 09903993005.On 29/06 I have shifted to post paid
connection with same number. As i am using Blackberry handset i wanted to
activate BBM services of unlimited plan. I have contacted ur Customer Care
Executive Mr. Piyush Chakraborty to activate my BBM services of unlimited plan
w.e.f. 04/07 but instead he has activated plan of Rs.499 along with my SMS
pack. I was using my BBM services in perception of unlimited plan but due to his
mistake my unbilled amount is showing around Rs. 15000 for which I am not
liable. Morever I have already made a payment of Rs.9600 on 09/07 (assumed 12 month advance rental of BBM services).
Now my outgoing & incoming services have been stopped and i am huge facing problems
due to discrepencies on company part. So I request you to look into the matter and
solve my problem as soon as possible.
