Wrong billing

Had cug connection but the proper components were not filled in scheme and they have raised the bill without giving any discount of applicable in scheme. Further they have not included the the entire numbers in cug plan and charged for the cug out going calls. The most difficult to contact the proper person or on internet so that I can make the complain.
