I tried to port my airtel number to another operator on 12/06. On 15/06 i received one sms from the new operator letting me know that Airtel has rejected my porting request by invoking some contractual obligation (i really would like to know how any contract is made without the signature of both the parties) which i came to know about after wasting some serious money and time in talking to customer care executives or maybe following company policy, listened to my whole story, kept me on hold for 5 minutes and then informed me that they have not understood, should i like to talk to their supervisor and they came online and again the whole charade was played out all at my cost of 50p per three minutes out of which i listened to Airtel music for 6 minutes and paid money for listening to it. what a gr8 way to cheat customers. bravo, i would request all business management institutes to put up this way of doing business on their case studies for future management students.
