I have been facing some issue with Airtel Prepaid since 2-3 months. There has been lot of deductions done on my airtel connection and the message was sent as "Thank you for download XYZ game" you have been charged Rs.99/-. (Total amt deducted around 400-500Rs).
I have never downloaded any game or anything like that. Also recently there has been deduction on my phone stating "Thank you for subscribing to FHM@5 service", and daily Rs.5/- is being dedcuted.
When contacted the customer care they said its activated by me by clicking on wap link. I dont understand how airtel can charge a customer without any confirmation. The amount is directly debited from the prepaid card.
I want aitel to look into the issue and let us know the exact reason of deduction and full refund of amount which has been deducted without any confirmation. Also i urge them to stop these spam services which charge airtel customers illegally.
Please look into and respond ASAP.
